1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • We are closed on Saturdays

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer the following shipping options:

  • Pudo services (The Courier Guy)

  • Pricing is estimated as charges are different for size and weight

  • Standard Shipping Pudo Locker to Locker: Estimated delivery time 2-5day days, estimated cost R69 - R109

  • Standard Shipping Pudo Locker to Residential: Estimated delivery time 2-5day days, estimated cost R69 - R200

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 1-2 days, estimated cost R250

  • Local Pickup: Available at 299 Walker Road Walkers Fruit Farms 1961, free of charge

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

3. Delivery Time & Tracking

  • Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Some delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.

  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the item and packaging.

  • For lost shipments, contact us so we can assist with locating your package or processing a replacement if applicable.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
